BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Young athletes across Central Oregon will have a chance to sharpen their skills and build confidence this weekend at the Oregon Lightning Youth Initiative Football and Cheer Camp. The camp, set for Saturday at Caldera High School in Bend, is designed for kids from Madras, Prineville, Redmond and Bend. Organizers say
