Description

A 28-year-old Fairview man has been arrested and charged in the 2025 death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter.

Dison Ruda was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on Wednesday on second-degree murder, first-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment charges, according to court documents and the county jail roster.
