Defense lawyer Jason Short said a polygraph exam arranged by the defense indicated his client, Stephen Graham, was truthful when he said he never had sexual contact with a minor.

A Salem man who paid sex traffickers in the Philippines for livestreamed shows of child sexual abuse was sentenced Thursday to 21 years and eight months in prison.
