Description

Kevin Walter Taylor, 35, of Albany, also will face a lifetime of federal supervision and is required to register as a sex offender after his prison term.

An Albany man was sentenced Tuesday to 42 years in federal prison for sexually abusing a toddler, recording the abuse and then distributing it to strangers in online chatrooms, where he also shared plans to kidnap and rape children.
