On Friday at 1:13 a.m. a dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 10 a.m. for Lower Columbia River, Tualatin Valley, West Hills and Chehalem Mountains, Inner Portland Metro, East Portland Metro, West Central Willamette Valley, East Central Willamette Valley, Benton County Lowlands, Linn County Lowlands and Lane County Lowlands.

The weather service states to anticipate, "Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog."

To qualify as a lateral applicant, you must be a state of Oregon certified dispatcher through DPSST.
