At 3:11 a.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory valid between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Lower Columbia River, Tualatin Valley, West Hills and Chehalem Mountains, Inner Portland Metro, East Portland Metro, Outer Southeast Portland Metro, West Central Willamette Valley, East Central Willamette Valley, Benton County Lowlands, Linn County Lowlands and Lane County Lowlands.
The weather service states to anticipate, "Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog."
