Micheal Fiock, who drove school buses around the greater Eugene, Springfield and Corvallis areas, filed a $100,000 lawsuit against Springfield police, claiming they falsely arrested him for DUII when he was experiencing a stroke on Jan. 26, 2026.

Micheal Fiock says he had no clue why Springfield police pulled over his school bus on a late January afternoon.
