“As far as this court is concerned, you deserve to be executed for this behavior, but the law doesn’t allow that,” Judge Michael Wynhausen said.
Wynhausen, a Linn County judge, was addressing Chad Edward Kastle, a Scio man up facing his sentence for molesting a young girl over the course of several years in Linn and Marion counties.
