EDITOR’S NOTE: It’s that time of year again … too many people on our roads, unfamiliar with the roads, and people in a hurry. This is heartbreaking – two young girls lost their lives yesterday. Please, please – be careful out there. Today on my way home from Tillamook, I encountered a “near miss”.
