Description

Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield sued SFW Construction, alleging the Tualatin home repair company made customers promise not to post bad reviews to settle disputes over repairs or bills.

Oregon’s Department of Justice is suing a Tualatin home repair company, alleging it silenced unhappy customers to keep negative reviews off the internet while touting glowing reviews to attract new business.
