Gov. Tina Kotek speaks at the first meeting of the Oregon Prosperity Council in Portland on Jan. 22. A coalition of unions, environmental advocates and progressive groups have laid out various concerns with a series of draft recommendations prepared by the council.

Influential Oregon labor and progressive groups are calling on an advisory panel convened by Gov. Tina Kotek to prioritize working class people over wealthy corporations as it finalizes recommendations to boost the state’s economic climate.
