Description

An American Airlines flight attendant also told Dallas police when the plane landed at Dallas-Forth Worth International Airport that the same man had touched her inappropriately while she was serving beverages to passengers, the suit said.

A 47-year-old West Linn woman is suing American Airlines for negligence, alleging the airline allowed an intoxicated passenger on her flight who then sexually assaulted her during her trip home from Missouri.
