Description

An Albany woman apologized in Benton County court to the family of a woman she killed in a hit-and-run on U.S. 20 last year.

A man spraying for weeds in a field along the highway found the body of 29-year-old Deborah Rosemary Haikkila in a ditch surrounded by tall grass near Hyak Park in April 2024.
