The American Red Cross says Oregon's blood supply is running dangerously thin as immigration fears prevent donors from rolling up their sleeves, leaving hospitals vulnerable during emergencies and trauma cases.

Oregon’s blood supply is running dangerously thin, mostly likely because fear and misinformation are keeping some donors rom rolling up their sleeves, the American Red Cross says.
