Incumbent Clackamas County Commissioner Paul Savas, left, will likely face Mark Shull, a former commissioner, in the general election this fall.

Mark Shull, the one-term Clackamas County commissioner who lost his seat in 2022, appears to have narrowly advanced to a runoff against incumbent Paul Savas in the general election in November.
