A Pacific Storm blew on shore Wednesday, Nov. 5, but according to Pacific Power, only about ten outages were reported in Coos Co. As of 4 a.m., the report states nine outages in Oregon affecting 382 customers: Four in the Salem area and 378 in Josephine Co. of Southern Oregon.
