President Trump announced last week that one million Americans will receive $500 refunds over “user fees” that were passed on to consumers at Healthcare.gov – the website for the program known as “Obamacare” - in the forms of higher premiums.

If you live in one of 30 states and used the Federal Exchange to purchase a healthcare policy, you might be eligible for a $500 refund.
