Pharalynn Dickson of South Albany joined Summit’s Kellie Schueler (2007-10) as the only 6A or 5A girls to leave high school with 12 gold medals in the sprints.

EUGENE — When Pharalynn Dickson began her high school track and field days at South Albany in the spring of 2023, she had no expectations of what might lie ahead over the next four years.
