Multnomah County Circuit Court on a recent day. Multnomah County Circuit Judge Jenna Plank sentenced Candice Hicks on Tuesday to three years of probation.

What started as a road trip to Portland for a party with her biker partner ended with deadly gunfire in 2023 and a sentence this week of probation for one Tacoma woman who drove the duo.
