Hundreds gather outside of the Portland ICE facility after the No Kings rally on March 28, 2026.

Portland police arrested three people Saturday night at Portland’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement building after they say protesters vandalized the facility, damaged its gate and threw rocks at local officers.
