Description
The suspect in two knife attacks in Northeast Portland on Christmas Eve has been arrested, police announced Wednesday morning.
Richard Scott Stuart, 54, faces attempted murder, assault and other charges, the Portland Police Bureau said. He is being held at the Multnomah County Detention Center.
