Portland Police Bureau Chief Bob Day speaks at a press conference following an incident at Multnomah Athletic Club in which a former employee drove car with explosives into the building. On Wednesday, he issued a statement about Portland Councilor Mitch Green's resurfaced tweets.

Portland Police Chief Bob Day said Wednesday he no longer had confidence in Councilor Mitch Green after old tweets resurfaced showing the first-time elected official disparaging officers, mocking local business owners and defending and promoting rioting.
