Description

Police say three young men died Monday after they crashed into the Willamette River. People started a memorial by placing flowers at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in honor of the lives lost.

Portland police identified the third person who died in a crash into the Willamette River last week as 20-year-old Jakob Esperum.
