Description

Police on Tuesday identified the driver of a mini-motorcycle who died after a Friday crash with an e-scooter in Southeast Portland as 66-year-old Stephen W. Hicks.

Hicks was riding in a northbound bike lane near Southeast 122nd Avenue and Southeast Tibbetts Street shortly before 5 a.m. when he collided with an e-scooter rider who was traveling south in the lane, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
