Hood River police said Saturday they are investigating an early morning shooting that injured one.
Officers responded to a reported shooting around 1695 Oak St. just after 2 a.m. Saturday, police said in a news release. Upon arriving, they found 21-year-old Yahir Castillo-Alvarez, of Hood River, with multiple gunshot wounds. Castillo-Alvarez was rushed to Providence Hood River Hospital with serious injuries, police said.
