Description

Pro-Palestinian protesters settled into a portico of Millar Library on the Portland State University campus over the weekend, shown on Monday, April 29, 2024, in Portland. Permission was originally granted by President Ann Cudd, but the PSU president reversed course on Monday saying it needs to come down because of health and safety hazards.

Portland police moved in early Thursday to clear out people who remained inside Portland State University’s fortified library after pro-Palestinian protesters occupied it for the last three days.
