Description

Two Albany police officers on Tuesday shot and injured a man with a knife who, it was later discovered, was being menaced by another man with a knife, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office said.

Officers were responding to a call that reported a man in North Albany was “holding a knife against his younger brother,” officials said in a statement. The officers arrived at the scene at about 10:50 a.m. and through a window in a home spotted a man holding a knife.
