Description
Two police officers who shot and killed a 19-year-old after an April car pursuit have been cleared by a Clackamas County grand jury.
State police trooper Garrett Bailey and Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputy Jordan Landstrom shot and killed Nicholas Toler around 7 p.m. on April 12, the district attorney’s office said Wednesday.
