The owner and baker behind Portland doogie food cart Bring! Treats for Dogs, donated nearly 110 dog-friendly cupcakes to the Oregon Humane Society on Thanksgiving.

On Thanksgiving morning, a Portland small business owner decided shelter pets deserved a holiday treat of their own.
