The view from a north tower of St. Stephens Cathedral, or Stephansdom, overlooking Vienna, Austria. Three Portland councilors will join others traveling to Vienna in September to research its housing policies.

Three Portland councilors and six City Hall staff will join a junket flying to Vienna next month to learn more about the Austrian capital’s approach to affordable housing.
