Description

A Portland City Council voted Wednesday to approve protections for polyamorous people from discrimination.

Portland on Wednesday became one of just a handful of cities to enshrine protections from discrimination for people in polyamorous relationships and other non-traditional family structures. The anti-discrimination rules apply to city government, landlords, employers and any businesses that serve the public.
