Portland firefighters responded Saturday night to a blaze at an apartment complex under construction near East Burnside Street.

Nearly 100 firefighters responded Saturday night to an apartment building on fire near Northeast 100th Avenue and East Burnside Street, Portland Fire & Rescue said in a news release.
