A proposed ban on the luxury French ingredient foie gras is back on the Portland City Council's menu, despite failing in committee in January.

The Portland City Council spent 90 minutes on Wednesday hearing additional testimony on a potential ban on foie gras that already failed in committee, then tabled further action to a later date.
