Description

Clackamas County prosecutors said two men allegedly stole an excavator and used it to smash open ATMs at a Clackamas bank in June.

One of two men accused of using a stolen excavator to break into Clackamas County ATMs was arraigned last week on felony charges that include aggravated theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal conspiracy.
