The incident happened at a McDonald's on Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (pictured).

Prosecutors say a Portland man pushed, smacked and hurled racist slurs at Black, Hispanic and Asian employees and customers at a Northeast Portland McDonald’s earlier this month, then threatened to fight a police officer.
