Zachary J. Maurice used a brick to scratch multiple windows of a Federal Protective Service SUV parked near Pioneer Courthouse in downtown Portland in late April.

A 28-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to three years of probation for damaging a Federal Protective Service SUV parked in downtown Portland.
