The man accused of trying to grab a Portland police officer’s gun during a prolonged struggle with two officers on Saturday has been released from the hospital and booked into jail on attempted murder and other charges, the Police Bureau said.
Bo W. Davis, 43, of Portland, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of attempted murder, first-degree robbery, assaulting a public safety officer, menacing and an outstanding warrant.
