A Portland man faces abuse of corpse and other charges after police found the man’s 104-year mother in a freezer in their Northeast Portland home.
Police arrested Richard William Vinyard, 68, after conducting a welfare check at the apartment on Northeast 28th Avenue on January 21, a probable cause affidavit states.
