Description

An ad for Measure 26-267, a Portland effort that would give regular residents a say in how the city spends millions of dollars annually, appears at a bus stop in Southeast Portland on Oct. 28, 2026.

The campaign to increase accountability and give residents a greater say in Portland’s city budgeting has accepted just over $2 million in campaign contributions, roughly two thirds of it from a nonprofit whose donors are not publicly disclosed.
