Portland Mayor Keith Wilson could propose pulling money from the city's unique clean energy fund to pay for some of his top priorities, including homeless shelters and cleanups of encampments.

Top Portland officials are eyeing the city’s one-of-a-kind climate fund to more broadly prop up Mayor Keith Wilson’s priorities including homeless services, even as the mayor’s pitch to divert some of the money to help pay for Moda Center renovations faces political headwinds, The Oregonian/OregonLive has learned.
