Description

Portland police on Wednesday arrested a man in an October shooting that seriously injured another man in the Hazelwood neighborhood.

Michael D. Collins, 51, faces charges of attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault, unlawful use of a firearm and felon in possession of a gun in the Oct. 10 shooting near Southeast 127th Avenue and Stark Street, court records show.
