Description

The officers, Jack R. Ossenkop, 26, Hunter W. Zook, 26, and Trey S. Jackson, 25, all assigned to Central Precinct, have been on paid administrative leave since June 26, according to Portland police and state records.

Three Portland police officers have been under criminal investigation since late June for alleged evidence mishandling.
