Description

The Refugee & Immigrant Girls World Cup will take place on March 29 featuring six teams of girls 10-18 years old.

In the pouring rain, Valeria Hernandez scrimmaged against her teammates during Sunday’s soccer practice on a spare field at the Eastside Timbers Sports Complex. Despite no longer having a reliable way to come to practices, Hernandez knew she had to be there for her team.
