Round 1 of the OSAA/OnPoint Community Credit Union State 4A Boys’ Soccer playoffs opened Wednesday, Nov. 5.  Marshfield lost at Klamath Union, 7-0.  Tillamook won at Marist Catholic, 3-2 (ot).  Newport/Waldport beat visiting Gladston, 5-2.  North Marion won at Seaside, 2-0.  Cottage Grove fell at The Dalles, 7-0.  Quarter-final round, Saturday, Nov. 8, has Tillamook at No. 1 Stayton.  No. 6 Newport/Waldport at No. 3 Henley.  3A/2A/1A – Siuslaw/Mapleton fell at Dayton, 2-0.
