Sixteen prep 4A volleyball teams will vie for a spot in the upcoming OSAA/OnPoint Community Credit Union 4A State Volleyball Tournament, Nov. 7 & 8, at Marshfield High School, Saturday, Nov. 1. No. 2 seed Marshfield is in the mix and will host No. 15 Baker, Saturday, 3 p.m. Other teams in the First Round include: No. 16 La Grande at No. 1 Marist Catholic, 5 p.m. No. 9 Cottage Grove at No. 8 Astoria, 2 p.m. No. 12 Madras at No. 5 Philomath, 3 p.m. No. 13 St. Helens at No. 4 Cascade, 1 p.m. No. 14 Phoenix at No. 3 Pendleton, 1 p.m. No. 11 Estacada at No. 6 Henley, 2 p.m. And, No. 10 Stayton at No. 7 The Dalles, 4 p.m.

No. 20 Warrenton at No. 4 Sisters, 11 a.m. No. 14 St. Mary’s at No. 3 Burns, 2 p.m. No. 11 Vale at No. 6 Cascade Christian, 1 p.m. And, No. 18 Pleasant Hill at No. 2 Westside Christian, 11 a.m.
