The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office said it is declining to prosecute Eric Salisbury, a preschool security guard (right) who shot and killed a 32-year-old man in Southwest Portland, calling the shooting

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office is declining to prosecute a preschool security guard who shot and killed a 32-year-old man in Southwest Portland last month, calling the shooting “objectively reasonable.”
