Charleston, Ore. - On May 15th, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m., a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to Seaport RV park located at 63301 Boat Basin Rd, space 11, in Coos Bay, Oregon, to a report of a disturbance in progress.  
  
During an investigation, Jasmine Hoaglen (27 YOA) was contacted, and a recorded check revealed she had a valid felony parole violation warrant for her arrest. MS. Hoaglen was taken into custody and transported to the Coos County Jail.  
  
“Police action is not indicative of guilt.  All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
