Myrtle Point, OR - On July 28th 2026, at 8:41 a.m., a Deputy took a report of (7) counts of Contempt of Court in reference to a previous arrest, and a no-contact order in effect.  
   
After an investigation, Caleb E. Swearingen (32) was arrested on (7) counts of Contempt of Court and transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and remains in custody.  
  
“Police action is not indicative of guilt.  All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
