Description
A Prineville man died Thursday in a crash on U.S. 26 between Sandy and Welches in Clackamas County, according to Oregon State Police.
The preliminary investigation showed that a westbound Ford Escape, driven by 29-year-old Jacob Robert Brugman, of Vancouver, Washington, was passing a Ford F-250 operated by Gary James Beebe, 55, of Prineville, in a passing lane when the F-250 merged into the Escape.
