After President Donald Trump suggested people with learning disabilities should not be president, Multnomah County Commissioner and disability rights advocate Meghan Moyer clapped back.

Multnomah County Commissioner and disability rights advocate Meghan Moyer slammed President Donald Trump this week for his comments that California Gov. Gavin Newsom should not be president because he has dyslexia.
